Uzhydromet reported that unstable weather will be observed in the republic this week due to the influx of humid air masses from Turkmenistan.
According to forecasts, rain is expected in some places across the regions, with no precipitation expected on February 4. In the foothills and mountainous areas, precipitation (rain, snow) is expected from time to time, heavy in places on February 3. The temperature background throughout Uzbekistan will remain within 5-10°C at night and 13-18°C during the day.
On Friday, a change in the situation is expected: cold and relatively humid air masses will begin to enter Uzbekistan from the territory of Kazakhstan. Due to this, on February 6, precipitation is expected in some places throughout the republic, and rain may turn to snow. The temperature will decrease throughout the day: 1-6 degrees Celsius both at night and during the day; in the north, it is expected to be 7-12 degrees below zero at night and 0-5 degrees below zero during the day.
Fog is possible in some areas of the republic. The danger of avalanches in mountainous areas on February 3 was also noted.
Also, on February 3, it will rain at night and in the morning, and no precipitation is expected during the day. East wind 7-12 m/s. Temperature at night 7-9°C, in the daytime 13-15°C. On February 4, there will be no precipitation, the temperature will rise to 5-7°C at night and 16-18°C during the day. On February 5, intermittent rain is possible, the temperature will be within 7-9°C at night and 13-15°C during the day. On February 6, there will be occasional precipitation with the possibility of rain turning to snow, with temperatures maintaining 1-6 degrees Celsius at night and during the day.
