The auction land promise in Bulungur fell to 130 million

Another serious situation regarding the land issue in the Samarkand region was noted. During the pre-investigation check conducted by the Bulungur district department of the Department under the Prosecutor General's Office, it was established that citizen M.A. gained the trust of another citizen J.K. and obtained a large sum of money through fraud under the pretext of obtaining 22.5 sotkas of land from the district through auction trading.

According to the investigation materials, M.A. promised that "everything will be settled, the land will be yours" and received 130 million soums for this work. However, there was neither a real auction result nor official formalization.

The most noteworthy aspect is that the suspect allegedly made a payment on behalf of "Yagona Raqamli Platforma Dav Xizmati" LLC and prepared fake documents about "winning" in the E-AUKSION electronic system. That is, to further strengthen trust, they have also "prepared" paperwork.

A criminal case has been initiated under Article 168 (fraud) and Article 228 (production, forgery, sale or use of documents, stamps, seals, forms) of the Criminal Code. An investigation is currently underway.

In short, rushing the money by believing that "I will buy land through auction" can be a very expensive mistake. Land is land if it is acquired not on paper, but through an official system and legal procedures. Otherwise, the "winner" turns out to be the fraudster himself.
