The credit bureau will respond only to the first request

On January 21, a regulation was registered, which establishes minimum requirements for ensuring information security and cybersecurity, as well as preventing fraud in the provision of remote financial services to individuals by credit and payment organizations and payment system operators. This document provides for further tightening of the procedure for allocating online loans.
According to the Regulation, when submitting an application for an online loan, the credit institution first verifies the user's information through the register of persons prohibited from concluding a loan agreement. If the applicant's information is not identified in the registry, the online loan processing process will continue in the prescribed manner.
According to another requirement, if several credit organizations simultaneously send a request for one PINFL, the credit bureau responds only to the first received request. If the organization that sent the first request confirms that an online loan has been issued under this PINFL, the credit bureau informs other credit organizations that requests under this PINFL will not be accepted within 24 hours.
