The "Komak" program opened 120 language centers in remote areas

Today, thanks to the "Komak" program, new opportunities are expanding for young people in remote and hard-to-reach areas. It is noted that thanks to the allocation of interest-free loans of up to 130 million soums within the framework of the program, more than 120 foreign language training centers have started operating in the last six months.
Most interestingly, young entrepreneurs who have gained practical experience by establishing these centers are now trying to increase the scale of the initiative. He also proposes to open additional areas around them, such as an IT and modern professions center, a library, and sports clubs. That is, it's not just about language - it's about creating an entire "development environment."
It was reported that a system of interest-free loans of up to 300 million soums will be introduced to expand the activities of young people who have started their own business and are showing good results through the "Komak" project. This is a "second breath" to bring the already functioning project to a higher level, without stopping it.
There are also tax breaks. From now on, training centers in remote areas will pay social tax at 1 percent. The income tax for teachers there is set at 7.5%. For comparison: now social and income taxes are paid at 12 percent. Thus, the legislation creates conditions for both centers and teachers to "breathe easier."
The Youth Affairs Agency was also tasked with launching a program to train 20,000 young people annually in future professions in cooperation with private training centers. In addition, it was instructed to allocate loans of up to 500 million soums to each district and organize vocational laboratories in technical schools and training centers.
The conclusion is simple: even in remote areas, language, IT, and modern professions are not "things that exist only in the center." The "Komak" program proves this point in practice - now the most important thing is that these centers work stably and give real results to young people.
