Over the next 5 years, the number of countries that citizens of Uzbekistan can enter without a visa is expected to increase by 16.
This goal is set out in the updated “Uzbekistan – 2030” Strategy approved on February 16, 2026.
According to the plan:
• Now — 34 countries
• 2026 — 36
• 2027 — 38
• 2028 — 42
• 2029 — 46
• By 2030 — it will be increased to 50
At present, a simplified visa procedure is in place for 42 countries. By 2030, this figure is planned to be increased to 60.
In addition, a mobile platform for consular services will be developed, and the number of users is expected to increase to 60 thousand.
We remind that in 2025, a visa-free regime was introduced with China and Jordan.
