The "Future Entrepreneur" program provides loans to young people for 7 years

Starting this year, new opportunities are opening up for young people: the "Future Entrepreneur" program will be launched, and young entrepreneurs will receive financing at a 15% interest rate for up to 7 years. It is also planned to organize an internship program "My First Profession" for university graduates and create "Youth Business Incubator" centers in the regions.
Who gets 15% loans, and how much?
It is reported that within the framework of "Future Entrepreneur," loans for young people will be provided in stages depending on the direction:
- Unsecured loans of up to 20 million soums for self-employed youth;
- up to 300 million soums for those who have entrepreneurial skills and are starting a new business;
- up to 2 billion soums for young entrepreneurs wishing to expand their business;
- It is planned to allocate loans of up to 10 billion soums to entrepreneurs who employ at least 5 graduates.
Internship program "My First Profession"
In order for young people to enter the labor market without fear, it was instructed to launch the "My First Profession" program in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation. According to it, a competition will be held among university graduates based on internships. The practice of paying scholarships of up to 2 million soums per month to winners will be established.
Why do we need a business incubator?
At the meeting, an important problem was openly addressed: it was noted that about 30% of young people who are just starting a business face difficulties due to a lack of business skills. That is, there is money, there is an idea, but there are many obstacles in the "how" part.
In this regard, it was decided to launch "Youth Business Incubators" in each region. These centers provide young people with:
- entrepreneurship training,
- turn an idea into a business,
- Accounting and banking issues,
- marketing,
- entry into domestic and foreign markets
provides comprehensive services in such areas as.
In which regions will it open first?
Responsible officials were tasked with identifying places convenient for young people and gradually opening the centers. This year, similar incubators are planned to be established in Karakalpakstan, Jizzakh, Namangan, Surkhandarya, Khorezm, and Tashkent, and next year in the remaining regions.
The conclusion is this: now young people shouldn't stop saying "it's difficult to make money" - with the trinity of credit, internship, and incubator, the path is much clearer. Most importantly, turning an opportunity into a "used" result is in our own hands.
