The Dubai Taxi Company PJSC in Dubai plans to recruit 700 drivers from Uzbekistan. Representatives of the Uzbekistan consulate in Dubai discussed cooperation and employment terms with the company management.
According to company head Said Amin Abdulrahmon, at the initial stage, 200 drivers will be hired, with a further 500 drivers to be recruited later. During the meeting, the parties discussed the selection process for candidates, document processing, and compliance with legal regulations during employment.
According to the consulate, there are special programs in Uzbekistan for training drivers, including language courses and transport etiquette training. As a result of negotiations, the parties agreed to start the candidate selection process.
