The rules also clearly define the functions of governing bodies. They maintain the technical documentation of the house, conduct regular inspections of utility networks, organize seasonal preparations, and eliminate emergencies. The procedure for accepting a building from a construction organization and formalizing its condition will also be established in a new form.

In particular, the requirements for the condition of heating, water supply, sewerage, gas and electricity supply systems, ventilation ducts, roof and foundation are noted. At the same time, the use of solar panels installed in houses and ways of their maintenance have also been regulated within the framework of the law. Special attention is paid to increasing energy efficiency, the proper use of meters, and the introduction of energy-saving technologies.

Maintenance of the territory adjacent to the house, landscaping, proper waste collection, seasonal cleaning and care for trees and lawns - all this will be the responsibility of the owners and management bodies.

It is noteworthy that persons who violate the requirements of the rules will be held liable in accordance with the law. Thus, the new procedure not only strengthens control, but also implements a complete system aimed at maintaining the quality of housing at a high level for a long time.

This innovation marked the beginning of a new stage for thousands of people living in multi-story buildings, ensuring not only comfort but also the protection of their property and guaranteeing the quality of service.
