Uzhydromet issued another warning message. Due to the forecast of precipitation and fluctuations in air temperature on February 17-18 of this year, there is a risk of avalanches in the mountainous regions of the republic. Uzhydromet issued a warning about this.
According to him;
- Kashkadarya region: Dehkanabad, Kitab, Kamashi, Shakhrisabz districts;
- Surkhandarya region: Boysun, Kumkurgan, Sariosiyo, Uzun districts;
- Samarkand region: Nurabad, Koshrabad, Samarkand, Urgut districts;
- Jizzakh region: Bakhmal, Zaamin districts;
- Tashkent region: Bostanlyk, Parkent, Akhangaran districts (mountains of the Chatkal Range);
- Namangan region: Avalanche danger is declared in the Pap district.
Citizens living in mountainous areas, vacationers, and drivers moving in mountainous areas are asked to take precautions.
