"Chust Baraka Oil and Fat" LLC fined

"Chust Baraka Oil and Fat" LLC has been held accountable for bypassing exchange trading to sell cottonseed oil. This was reported by the Competition Committee.

The company sold oil outside exchange trading during 2024-2025. The regulator reminded that high-liquidity products must only be sold through exchange platforms.

A special commission has initiated proceedings against the company. Additionally, the enterprise was instructed to eliminate the violations and ensure they do not recur in the future.
