The Tashkent city administration announced that another Santa Claus parade will be held on December 27. The event will start at 19:00 in front of the country’s main Christmas tree near the Alisher Navoi Library. This was reported by kursiv.uz.
According to the parade program, participants will continue performances at 20:30 in the Magic City area, and at 21:30 in front of Tashkent City Mall in Tashkent City Park. The city administration noted that musicians of the National Guard Orchestra will take the stage dressed as Santa Claus.
As a reminder, the previous parade was held on Friday, December 26, and also took place at Amir Temur Square and other locations around the city. After the event, the administration published photos and videos.
In addition, in connection with the New Year, Uzbekistan’s residents will have five consecutive days off — from December 31 to January 4.
