Poytaxt Parking Recognized as Dominant in the Parking Market

The Competition Committee has officially recognized Streetpark Systems (Poytaxt Parking) as an entity with dominant bargaining power in the parking market. This was reported by kursiv.uz, citing the committee’s press service.reported.

Under the decision, Poytaxt Parking may not artificially restrict the sale of competitors’ goods and services, nor may it unjustifiably raise or lower prices. The company also has no right to force customers to purchase additional products or to compel them to отказаться from other providers’ services.

It is also prohibited to impose requirements unrelated to the contract. If the service can be provided, refusing to заключить a contract without valid grounds is not allowed.
