Ronaldo Missed Penalty, Al-Nassr Secured a Hard-Fought Victory

In the second half, "Al-Nassr" increased the pressure: Joao Felix's shot from inside the penalty area was blocked, and Ronaldo’s follow-up attempt from 15 meters was saved by the goalkeeper. In the 72nd minute, after a long pass from Sultan al-Ghanam, Kingsley Coman entered the penalty area, delivered a cross to the far post, and Sadio Mane equalized with an unchallenged header – 1:1.
Then, Marcelo Brozovic set up Ayman Yahya in a one-on-one situation with the goalkeeper, but Yahya failed to capitalize. Coman also couldn't beat the keeper with a shot aimed at the far corner. In the 80th minute, after a corner kick, the ball fell to Felix, who deflected it towards the near post from 20 meters; the ball hit the goalkeeper’s body and crossed the line – 1:2.
Shortly after, "Al-Nassr" extended their lead: Abdullah al-Hamdan and Felix combined to break through the penalty area, with Abdullah himself scoring the decisive goal from 8 meters – 1:3. Thus, the visitors secured three points in a difficult game.
Following the result, "Al-Feiha" shares 11th place in the tournament standings. "Al-Nassr", however, maintains their leadership with a two-point advantage.
