Xiaomi released a compact 45W charger

November 9, 2025, 13:39. Xiaomi has introduced a new compact 45W GaN technology charger for the Chinese market.

This adapter is compatible not only with Xiaomi and Redmi smartphones but also with Apple iPhones and devices from other brands. The initial price of the device is 54.9 yuan, approximately 8 US dollars.

According to the manufacturer, the adapter can charge a Redmi Note 14 Pro to 60% in 30 minutes, a Note 15 to 57%, and an iPhone 16 Pro Max to 55% power. This model supports a wide range of protocols, including PPS, QC, and PD.

This makes it suitable for modern smartphones and low-power accessories. One of the main advantages of the device is its portability.

Being twice as small as regular chargers with the same power, as well as its foldable plug design, makes it convenient for travel or office use. The charger does not come with a cable, which must be purchased separately.

For instance, a 1-meter Baseus 100W cable is available on Amazon for approximately $7.99. So far, Xiaomi has not announced plans for international delivery of this product, but the company's accessories are often later released for foreign markets as well.
