Uzbekistan will open a National Transfer Office in the United States' Silicon Valley. Additionally, with the support of Nvidia, a supercomputer cluster and an artificial intelligence (AI) cluster will be established in the country.
This was announced by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev. The President emphasized that these initiatives are aimed at fostering the development of artificial intelligence.
Moreover, AI technologies will be taught to school students at "Centers for the Future." It is also planned to hold an annual competition for the best AI startup ideas among school students.
The winners will be awarded with state-of-the-art laboratories. The President also announced a special Presidential competition in the field of artificial intelligence.
Every year, 100 talented young individuals will be sent for internships at leading technology companies in the United States, the UAE, and European countries.
