According to the new regulation, the rules for attaching cards in Click, Paynet, and other payment applications have been updated. From now on, the user's account in the mobile application can only be linked with a bank account, bank card, and electronic wallet belonging to the person themselves or their close relatives. P2P transactions will also be permitted through this account.
According to the procedure, the user's phone number and PINFL match are checked. If the correspondence is not determined, credit and payment organizations will be required to identify "liveness" factors in the biometric identification process. That is, it will not be possible to pass identification simply by photo or image verification - verification will be strengthened.
Due to security measures, if a one-time SMS code sent to the phone is entered incorrectly 3 times, the user's actions in the mobile application will be temporarily restricted for 15 minutes. In addition, when logging in to the account from another device or resetting the password, all bank cards linked to this account will be automatically removed from the application.
