In Samarkand, 90.6 billion soums in compensation recovered for citizens

The Samarkand Regional Department of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau is carrying out systematic work on enforcement documents related to recovering compensation in favor of individuals and legal entities.

In particular, as a result of enforcement measures on 305 enforcement documents totaling 143.7 billion soums, final decisions worth 108.7 billion soums were adopted for 250 documents. Within the execution of these decisions, a total of 90.6 billion soums in compensation funds were actually recovered under 219 enforcement documents and delivered to the claimants.

The Samarkand Regional Department of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau continues consistent efforts to protect the lawful interests of citizens and business entities and to ensure timely and full execution of documents issued by courts and other authorized bodies.
