Uzhydromet issued an urgent warning

Uzhydromet announced that from December 13 to 16, due to a sharp change in temperature and precipitation, there is a risk of avalanches in the mountainous areas of the country.

In particular, the risk of avalanches has been announced in the Bostanlyk, Ohangaron, and Parkent districts of Tashkent region (the mountains of the Chatkal range) and in the Pop district of Namangan region.

Residents of mountainous areas, holidaymakers, and drivers are asked to take precautions.
