Moroccan midfielder Nael El-Ainaoui is on the verge of making a decision regarding his future at the Italian club "Roma". The player is considering options to leave the team due to not receiving sufficient playing practice at the Rome club. This was reported by Goal.com.
The Moroccan national team member was transferred from the French club "Lens" last summer for 23 million euros. His contract signed with the Romans is valid until 2030, but competition for the starting lineup is affecting his plans.
According to Radio Roma, the midfielder has appeared in 28 matches in all competitions this season. However, the fact that he was named in the starting lineup only 8 times and played a total of 1,362 minutes does not satisfy the player.
The 23-year-old footballer has managed to record one goal and one assist. Despite this, he could not consolidate his place in the "Roma" squad and prefers to move to another club to maintain his sporting form.
