From January 1, 2026, all construction and repair projects of budget organizations costing more than 6,000 BCU and financed from off-budget sources will be implemented only within this program, which runs through 2028.

Special attention is also given to the vocational education system: 150 billion soums are planned to be allocated for building technicum facilities, reconstruction, major repairs, and landscaping.
