In 2025, flight search and booking activity in Uzbekistan increased by 21% compared to the previous year. Aviasales.uz reported this based on its year-end air market analysis. This was reported by kursiv.uzreports.

The strongest growth was seen on domestic routes: interest in flights within the country rose by nearly 33%. International routes also showed positive dynamics, growing by 18%. As a result, international bookings accounted for 62% of all orders.

Within the structure of outbound trips, the share of Russia declined from 34% to 29%. At the same time, interest in Asia and the Caucasus surged. The biggest jump was recorded for China, where the number of searches more than doubled. Growth was also seen for South Korea, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, and Georgia.

The average price of tickets for international flights fell by about 5%. Travelers also started booking closer to departure — on average, 10 days before the flight.

Demand for domestic flights accounted for about 20%. Interest in the Tashkent route remained stable, while demand for tickets to Samarkand and Bukhara slightly decreased. However, flights to Urgench and Nukus became more popular.

Meanwhile, average domestic airfares within Uzbekistan rose by 12%, reaching 1.096 million UZS for a direct flight. Over the year, Aviasales.uz users spent more than 70 million hours in the air and covered nearly 750 million km.

In the airline ranking, Uzbekistan Airways retained its lead with a 45% market share. It was followed by Centrum Air, Ural Airlines, Qanot Sharq, and Aeroflot.
