Central Bank of Uzbekistan registers three microfinance organizations

The Central Bank of Uzbekistan has added three more companies to the register of microfinance organizations. According to the regulator’s press service, the decision was adopted by the Central Bank’s Board. Kursiv.uz reports.reports.

The register now includes ADL MOLIYA MFO, PRIZMA KAPITAL, and AVO FINANCE. Their registration was carried out based on the Central Bank Board’s resolutions No. 156, 157, and 158; the companies are registered as limited liability companies.

As a reminder, in the first nine months of 2025, Uzbekistan’s microfinance services market reached 104 trillion soums, up 1.8 times year-on-year. Banks provided nearly 80% of services, MFOs accounted for 18.5%, and pawnshops delivered about 2%.

Most loans were issued in the national currency, while the volume of foreign-currency operations amounted to about 500 billion soums.
