Shavkat Mirziyoyev congratulated the people of Uzbekistan on Ramadan Hayit

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev congratulated the people of Uzbekistan on the holiday of Ramadan Hayit.
It should be noted that, based on a special decree, for the first time in 35 years, 1 trillion soums have been allocated to support vulnerable segments of the population, and funds have been spent on such noble deeds as supporting low-income families and providing the necessary medical care to patients.
In particular, 450 billion soums were allocated as material assistance to more than 600 thousand low-income families. In addition, medical care is provided to 6 thousand patients registered in the social registry, including surgical treatment of seriously ill patients.
Additionally, 100,000 Ramadan gifts were distributed to the population.Within the framework of the "Ramadan Gift" project, more than 30,000 iftar events were held for needy families, residents of "Muruvvat" and "Sakhovat" homes, and compatriots abroad.
"In the current extremely difficult situation in the world, our urgent task remains to preserve peace and tranquility in families and mahallas, throughout the country, to protect our youth from the influence of alien and destructive ideas.
In this regard, we rely on our esteemed fathers and mothers with extensive life experience, dedicated brothers and sisters, respected intellectuals and religious scholars, community activists, and proactive youth.
On these great holidays, we wish for the speedy end of wars and conflicts in various regions of the world, and for all peoples to live in peace and stability.
