Renowned insider Digital Chat Station has revealed the technical specifications of a new smartphone currently in development by a major Chinese tech company. Although the exact name of the device remains undisclosed, analysts at Gizmochina speculate that this model could be a flagship from the Redmi K100 series — the Redmi K100 Pro or Pro Max. This is reported by Ixbt.com reports.
The new smartphone stands out with its massive 7-inch 2K resolution display. The most notable feature of the device is its battery, which has a capacity exceeding 10,000 mAh. This allows users to use the smartphone for extended periods without needing a charge.
The device will feature high-level protection: the chassis is rated IP68 and IP69 for water and dust resistance. Additionally, the smartphone is expected to be equipped with a modern ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and a durable metal frame.
Information regarding the processor varies. While initial rumors mentioned a 2nm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro chip, new reports suggest the device could be powered by a 3nm Dimensity 9500 Plus or Xiaomi's custom Xring O3 processor.
