Fraudsters Promising Jobs Abroad Caught

In Namangan, State Security Service officers detained two fraudsters who promised jobs in South Korea and Slovakia. This was reported by the organization's press service.

The first person received a $1,000 advance payment through a private agency and was detained. The second person, head of a travel company, was found to have received $600 and 2.8 million soums for visa processing.

Both individuals are suspected of fraud and had previously been held liable as well. Criminal cases have been initiated regarding these incidents, and investigations are currently underway.
