The 4th International Honey Festival has started in Namangan. More than 150 participants from Uzbekistan and abroad are taking part in the event.
Unique types of honey and beekeeping products are being presented at the exhibition. The festival has become an important platform for exchanging experience in the field of beekeeping and developing honey production.
Special attention is also being paid to the development of agritourism and the promotion of the region’s handicraft traditions. The main events are being held in the “Valley of Legends” theme park.
More than 100 pavilions have been set up here, with participants including representatives from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Turkey, China, and Russia. Within the three-day program, scientific-practical conferences, sports competitions, masterclasses by leading specialists, and creative contests are planned.
About 2,500 foreign and over 10,000 local tourists are expected to visit the festival.
