During the night from November 5 to November 6, an unusually large and bright moon — the Beaver supermoon — rose in the sky over Tashkent. According to astronomers, the Moon approached its closest distance to Earth — about 356,832 kilometers.
Because of this, its disk appeared significantly larger and brighter than usual. The full moon occurred at 18:19 Tashkent time, and moonrise started at approximately 17:00.
The Beaver supermoon was the biggest and brightest full moon event of 2025.
