
The Moscow court has decided to ban job advertisements that prioritize citizens of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. This was reported by the "RIA Novosti" news agency.
The prosecutor's office identified online job advertisements that offered special conditions for Uzbek citizens and required Kyrgyz citizenship. The court, noting that job seekers cannot be discriminated against based on their national origin, declared these postings, which appeared on several websites, to be illegal.
Access to these pages is currently restricted for users. According to available data, during the first eight months of 2025, more than 1.8 million Uzbek nationals entered Russia, with the majority traveling for labor migration purposes.
