Starting from February 1, 2026, the requirement for compulsory courses in driving schools for citizens wishing to obtain category “A” and “B” driver’s licenses will be abolished. This was reported by UzA.
From now on, it will be possible to independently study theoretical knowledge and take the exam. The procedure for registering training groups under the Road Safety Service will also be abolished.
This, in turn, will serve to simplify and make the learning process more convenient. Additionally, starting from April 1, 2026, penalty points for violations recorded by cameras will be calculated.
Now, these points can be distributed among the car owner as well as other drivers using the vehicle based on a power of attorney, insurance, or waybill. Read “Zamin” on Telegram!
