China’s Zeekr company has presented the updated version of its midsize electric crossover Zeekr 7X. Among the new features are a 900-volt high-voltage system and high-speed charging capability, allowing the system to charge the battery from 10% to 80% in just 10 minutes.
The highest version of this model is equipped with a battery capacity of 103 kWh, a 900-volt power system, and a power output of 585 kW, enabling the car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.98 seconds. According to sources, due to the new architecture and charging equipment with more than 600 kW power, the 7X model can charge from 10% to 80% in just 10 minutes.
In addition, the basic versions remain with an 800-volt system, their battery capacity is 75 kWh, and they require about 10.5 minutes to charge. The model is available in the following versions: 75 kWh (RWD), 103 kWh (RWD), and 103 kWh (AWD).
According to the CLTC cycle, the driving range of the car reaches up to 802 km. The starting price in the Chinese market is set at 229,800 yuan (approximately 31.8 thousand US dollars).
These figures are obtained under optimal conditions such as high-capacity charging stations, ideal temperature, and battery state. Actual results may vary in different regions.
The charging infrastructure capable of delivering 600+ kW power is still limited for now. There is no official information yet about the release date of the 2026 version in markets outside China.
