Blogger Irina Agzamkhojayeva raised the issue of poor air quality in Tashkent on her Instagram account. While expressing her love for her homeland and pride in the country’s rapid development, she stated that she does not want to breathe such air.
Agzamkhojayeva specifically highlighted the dangers of PM2.5 particles, stating that they settle in the human body and cause damage from within. She also added that polluted air limits her health and freedom of movement.
“Living with closed windows and air purifiers cannot be called life,” she said. Her emotional post received numerous reactions: some users supported the blogger, while others disagreed with her opinions.
“I’m convinced that no one cares about people; everyone only thinks about money,” concluded Irina Agzamkhojayeva. The blogger's video was published on the evening of November 10, and by midday on November 11, a new air quality index was announced.
