What job seekers in Uzbekistan expect from 2026

O'zbekistonda ish izlovchilar 2026 yildan nimalarni kutmoqda?

Most people looking for a job in Uzbekistan associate 2026 primarily with higher income and new career opportunities. According to an hh.uz survey with more than 200 participants, 56% of respondents named this factor as the key expectation for the next working year. This was reported by kursiv.uz.reports.

In the survey, 19% of participants said they want stability the most. Another 18% expect new projects to emerge, while 17% hope the work process will be calmer with less urgency.

Sentiment in the labor market is also active: it turned out that not nearly one in ten, but almost one in four people (about 40%) are already looking for a new job. Another 39% said they are considering changing jobs but have not taken concrete steps yet. Only 9% said they are fully satisfied with their current job.

The year-end is marked by mixed feelings for many: 44% of respondents said fatigue goes hand in hand with an expectation of change. 30% described this year as calm and stable, while the share of those genuinely inspired by achieved results was 14%.

In the pre-holiday period, most participants’ workload either remained unchanged or increased slightly. At the same time, the survey also noted that nearly one third of respondents were not working at all.
