The deadline for paying tuition fees for students studying in higher education institutions has been extended by almost another month. The Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation provided official information about this.
In accordance with the relevant decision of the State Commission, the deadline for accepting payments from students studying in the bachelor's and master's programs of higher educational institutions for the 2025/2026 academic year, as well as for formalizing the admission process, has been extended until January 31, 2026, including this date.
According to the newly established deadline, applicants recommended for study within the admission parameters are required to pay at least 50% of the annual tuition fee in the form of a basic paid contract. Also, applicants wishing to study on the basis of a differentiated paid contract, that is, a "super-contract," must pay at least half of the established annual tuition fee.
The Ministry reminded that, in accordance with the current rules, there is a possibility of extending the contract payment period for students in the second and higher courses by the head of the higher educational institution in a special order.
This decision is expected to create additional convenience for students and their parents, allowing them to calmly resolve financial issues for the new academic year.
