Which banks offer the best dollar exchange rates

As of January 5, 2026, information has been compiled on banks in Uzbekistan offering the most favorable exchange terms for the US dollar, euro, and ruble. The listed rates are актуальны as of 11:24 Tashkent time. This was reported by kursiv.uz. reports .

The highest USD buying rate was 11,960 soums — Agrobank, NBU, Trastbank, and Universalbank are buying at this price. The lowest selling rate is 12,010 soums — at Asakabank and Hamkorbank.

For the euro, the best buying offer is at NBU — 13,920 soums. The most favorable selling price is 14,150 soums, recorded at Hayot Bank and Poytaxt Bank.

The bank buying the ruble at the highest price is Octobank: 142 soums. The lowest selling rate is 154 soums — at Kapitalbank, SQB, and Apexbank.
