The new program is not intended for all staff, but rather for specialists who meet specific criteria. According to the plan, employees whose positions are not higher than the level of senior director and whose combined age and years of service at the company total 70 years or more may opt for voluntary retirement. This offer is primarily aimed at experienced personnel who have served the corporation for many years.
Experts note that the technology giant aims to redirect resources toward artificial intelligence through this move. It has not yet been disclosed how many employees will accept the offer or how this process will impact the company's future financial performance. Company management emphasized that this measure is necessary to increase business efficiency.
