Uzbekistan residents are sharing videos on social networks of the earthquake that occurred at night. This earthquake was felt in six regions and in the capital.
The strongest tremors were recorded in the border areas with Afghanistan and in the areas where the epicenter was located. According to some Telegram channels, in the south of Uzbekistan, light bulbs burst and cracks appeared on walls in some houses.
After tremors with a magnitude greater than five in the city of Termez, most residents left their homes and went outside. According to preliminary information from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, there is no destruction or casualties, but people report that they are still staying outside out of fear of aftershocks.
