Has information about 15 million citizens been leaked on the darknet?

It is reported that after the breach of the country's main OAuth authentication server, the personal data of at least 15 million citizens of Uzbekistan stored in government information systems may have leaked into the darknet environment.
According to reports, the information system of the National Agency for Social Protection (NSA), which contains medical data of citizens, has also been completely compromised. At the same time, it is possible that the leakage of personal data belonging to the internal affairs bodies is also related to the corruption of the e-government's OAuth server.
According to sources, information ranging from ordinary passport data to confidential information about citizens' workplaces and medical histories may have fallen into the hands of hackers.
Among the files allegedly circulating on the darknet are a number of photographs. One of these images shows bankers Hasan Rakhmatov, Ayubkhan Kamolov, and the First Deputy Minister of Digital Technologies, Oleg Pekos.
