10 investors interested in MobiUz privatization
10 companies have expressed interest in the privatization of Universal Mobile Systems (MobiUz brand). This was reported by the State Assets Management Agency (SAMA).

All of them have submitted applications with non-binding offers (NBO). International companies are participating in the privatization process.

Rothschild & Co acts as the strategic and financial advisor, KPMG is responsible for financial, tax, and legal due diligence, and Deloitte is in charge of independent valuation. In the first stage of the process, 15 companies from the USA, Europe, the Middle East, the South Caucasus, and Asia expressed interest.

Candidates who have passed the NBO stage are now preparing to submit binding offers (BO). They have access to the virtual data room containing the company’s detailed analytical reports and audit results.

Binding offers will close at 23:59 Tashkent time on December 19, 2025. Participants must make a guarantee payment of at least 1 percent of the offer amount through the E-auction platform.

The State Assets Management Agency thanked all participants for their interest and emphasized that it reserves the right to change or suspend the privatization process conditions.
