It has been determined in which region of Uzbekistan the most babies were born in 9 months

According to the National Statistics Committee, a total of 664.6 thousand births were registered in Uzbekistan in January-September 2025.

In terms of regions, the highest indicator falls on the Samarkand region, where 80,903 newborns were born. The following places are occupied by Kashkadarya region (75,116) and Fergana region (74,614).

Also, 61,128 births were registered in Surkhandarya, 60,131 in Andijan, and 57,881 in Namangan. 49,007 newborns were born in the Tashkent region and 47,703 in the city of Tashkent.

The lowest indicators were observed in Navoi region (18,594) and Syrdarya region (15,879).

It should be recalled that earlier it was reported that a woman gave birth to four twin girls after five girls in the city of Karshi, Kashkadarya region.
