Steven Gerrard evaluates Arne Slot's work at Liverpool

Steven Gerrard, the legendary former captain of Liverpool, has commented on the performance of head coach Arne Slot. The Reds struggled to show consistent form in the first half of the current season; however, recent matches have seen improvements, with three consecutive wins recorded.

“I don’t want Slot to be dismissed. I hope he will rectify the situation, turn everything for the better, and make Liverpool a great team once again.

Six months ago, when the team became champions, I was cheering across the entire city,” the English media quoted Gerrard as saying. After 17 rounds, Liverpool stands in fifth place in the Premier League table with 29 points.
