According to the migration agency, the activities of private employment agencies in the country will now be carried out on the basis of more stringent financial guarantees. These requirements are aimed at ensuring the safety of citizens, protecting their rights and interests, and further strengthening the transparency of the employment system.
Before starting work - a large reserve is required
According to the updated requirement, before launching its activities, each private employment agency is obliged to place an amount equal to 4,000 times the Basic Calculated Value (BCV) as a financial guarantee confirming its solvency and responsibility on a special deposit account in a commercial bank.
These funds are intended to protect citizens from material damage in cases of arbitrary actions or violations by the agency.
Deposit funds - under strict control
The migration agency emphasizes that it is absolutely impossible to spend the funds in the deposit without the agency's consent. If the funds are used without permission, an obligation arises to fully restore them within the established timeframe.
The funds are stored on the basis of a special agreement signed between the bank, the Migration Agency, and the private employment agency. This clearly defines the rights and obligations of each party.
In case of violation of the law - compensation is carried out automatically
If a private employment agency harms the interests of citizens or violates the requirements of the law, the Migration Agency submits a reasoned request to the bank. The bank withdraws the required amount from the deposit and transfers it to the Migration Fund. This mechanism ensures timely and guaranteed protection of citizens.
The main goal of the new procedure
This procedure aims to make the activities of private employment agencies responsible, legal, and transparent, to protect citizens wishing to work abroad from fraud, and to strengthen control in this area.
