Our boxers in quarterfinals: decisive fights expected today

Two Uzbek boxers are set to compete in the quarterfinals of the World Boxing Cup today, fighting for a place in the semifinals. Navbakhor Khamidova will face Brazil's Beatriz Gomes in the women's -65 kg division, while Jakhongir Zokirov will take on Bulgaria's Yordan Morejon in the men's +90 kg category. These high-stakes matches are scheduled to take place in the early morning hours, representing a significant test for the national team.
Today, the quarterfinals of the World Boxing Organization Cup begin. Two of our boxers, defending Uzbekistan's honor, will also enter the ring and compete for a place in the semifinals.
One of the first fights on the day's program will be in the women's -65 kg weight category. Our experienced boxer Navbahor Hamidova will face Brazil's representative Beatriz Gomes. This bout will take place at 01:45 Tashkent time in Ring V.
Also, our country's representative Jahongir Zokirov will test his chances in the men's +90 kg weight category. He will compete against Bulgaria's boxer Yordan Morejon. This fight is scheduled to start at 04:00 in Ring A.
