According to Uzgidromet, on April 22 unstable weather with precipitation is expected in several regions of Uzbekistan.
In Tashkent, the sky will be partly cloudy. In the afternoon, short-term rain and thunderstorms are possible. The wind will shift from east to west, blowing at 3–8 m/s, sometimes strengthening up to 12–14 m/s. At night the temperature will be +17…+19°C, during the day +24…+26°C.
In Karakalpakstan and Khorezm, the weather will be variable. In some places, short rains and thunderstorms are expected. A western wind may increase to 13–18 m/s, causing dust storms. The temperature will be +10…+15°C at night and +18…+23°C during the day.
In Bukhara and Navoi regions, unstable weather will also persist. Rain is possible in some areas, with winds strengthening to 13–18 m/s and possible dust storms. Night temperatures will be +13…+18°C, daytime +20…+25°C.
In Tashkent region, Syrdarya, Jizzakh, and Samarkand, it will be cloudy with expected rain and thunderstorms. The wind will change direction and intensify, possibly raising dust. Temperatures will be +15…+20°C at night and +22…+27°C during the day.
In Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya, precipitation is also possible. In some places, rain and lightning are expected, with winds up to 18 m/s. Temperatures will be +17…+22°C at night and +24…+29°C during the day.
In the Fergana Valley (Andijan, Namangan, Fergana), the weather will remain mostly dry during the day, with possible rain in the evening. Wind speed will be 5–10 m/s. Temperatures will be +13…+18°C at night and +22…+27°C during the day.
In mountainous areas, the situation is more serious. Rain and thunderstorms are expected, and from April 21–23 there is a risk of mudflows due to heavy precipitation. Winds may reach 15–20 m/s. Temperatures will be +7…+12°C at night and +13…+18°C during the day.
Overall, unstable weather is expected across the country. Residents are advised to be cautious and prepared for weather changes.
