Tashkent Airport Receives 30 Wheelchairs

Tashkent International Airport has received 30 wheelchairs for passengers with limited mobility. This was reported by kursiv.uz reports .

The wheelchairs were provided as part of a social initiative between Uzbekistan Airports and JSC “Organization of Electronic Online Auctions”.

They can be used free of charge in the international terminal’s departure and arrival halls, as well as in the domestic flights terminal.

The company stated that creating a comfortable and accessible environment for all passengers is one of Uzbekistan Airports’ key priorities. It is noted that the new wheelchairs will make it easier to move around the airport and will make services for passengers with reduced mobility even more convenient and safe.
