The working hours calendar for 2026 has been published

The Ministry of Employment and Poverty Reduction has developed a work schedule for 2026. This was officially reported by the press service of the ministry.
It is reported that this working time calendar was prepared on the basis of the Labor Code, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On establishing additional non-working days during the celebration of official dates and the postponement of weekends in 2026," as well as the calendars of 2025 and 2026.
The document clearly lists the calculations for different working weeks. That is, for 5-day (40-hour), 6-day (40-hour), and 6-day (36-hour) work weeks, the norm of working hours and the number of working days were calculated separately for months, quarters, semi-annuals, and the year. It is also noted that working hours on official holidays and pre-holiday working days, which will be celebrated in 2026, have been established in a special manner.

The Ministry notes that this document can be used for the following purposes:
-development of work schedules;
-in the planning and execution of vacations;
-when determining monthly, quarterly, and annual working hours, as well as for other practical work.
At the same time, it was noted that if additional days off are established by Presidential Decree or days off are postponed, this working time calendar may also be updated.
