Uzbekistan to enable reporting offenses via a mobile app

Uzbekistan will launch a mobile app that will allow citizens to quickly send photos and videos of offenses to inspectors. President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has signed the relevant document. This was reported by kursiv.uz. reports .

The Ministry of Internal Affairs will set up real-time processing of reports: patrol officers will be provided with tablets. The system is expected to help authorities respond faster regardless of where the violation occurs.

A mobile app called “My Inspector” is planned to be launched by November 2026. Through the app, citizens will be able to communicate with inspectors, send photo, audio and video messages as well as distress alerts, and rate officers’ performance.

In addition, by May 2026, in cooperation with other agencies, it is planned to introduce a separate system designed to work with households where family conflicts are observed. It is said to help prevent domestic crimes by collecting and analyzing data.
