The annual "We are donors" campaign has started in Uzbekistan. On the first day of the campaign, 88.5 liters of blood were donated by participants.
This was announced by Bobur Bekmurodov, head of the national "Yuksalish" movement. The campaign has been organized since 2024 and is aimed at replenishing national blood reserves.
During the initiative, more than a thousand liters of blood have been collected so far. This year, the campaign will take place from October 28 to November 3 in all regions of the country.
The organizers are calling on the public for solidarity and encouraging everyone to contribute to helping those in need.
