Füllkrug to Wear Number 9 for Milan

German striker Niklas Füllkrug is set to join AC Milan, having already undergone medical examinations and other necessary procedures. The Italian club plans to sign the player, who struggled to make an impact in the English Premier League, on a loan deal.

It has also been confirmed which number Füllkrug will wear at his new club — he has chosen number 9. This number became available after Serbian striker Luka Jović departed from Milan.

As a reminder, AC Milan currently holds second place in the Serie A standings. In the next round, Massimiliano Allegri's team will face the league's bottom-placed team, Verona.
