During a presentation to the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, regarding the fight against cybercrime, it was reported that since the beginning of 2025, more than 7,000 illegal documents have been adopted by state agencies. As a result of the activities of monitoring organizations, the rights of 12,500 entrepreneurs have been violated.
In order to improve the situation, it is being proposed to launch a special platform to remotely monitor the implementation of laws across the republic. In addition, it is planned to digitize the mechanism for reviewing decisions made by state bodies.
The President was also presented with the initiative to introduce a digital prosecutor's supervision system. This new system will allow for the detection of violations and monitoring of investigators’ activities.
It is planned to fully digitize the process from the submission of criminal complaints to the enforcement of court decisions. Moreover, there are also plans to introduce artificial intelligence technology into the investigators’ work.
