A case of illegal use of natural gas was revealed in the Kashkadarya region. During a joint inspection conducted by the territorial department of Uzenergoinspektsiya and employees of the gas supply company, the violation was revealed.
The inspection was carried out at a catering establishment belonging to the limited liability company "G.O.," located in the city of Karshi. According to the inspection results, it turned out that excess gas equipment was arbitrarily installed at this facility, and natural gas was used in violation of established procedures.
According to preliminary calculations of the gas supply company, material damage in the amount of 163 million soums was caused as a result of this violation.
Relevant acts were drawn up regarding the situation, and all documents were sent to law enforcement agencies. Currently, a legal assessment of the case is expected.
